This holiday season, I'm opening five spaces for personal visionary portraits. We'll talk about the person you want painted, what connects you to them, and the details that come to mind when you think of them. Then I'll bring that conversation into the painting through their likeness, color, and meaningful imagery.

the story behind your portrait
Maybe there's a flower that always reminds you of your mother, a place that holds a memory, or a color you associate with someone without really knowing why. I'm interested in those connections. The things you remember, the things you notice, and the little details that would make you look at a painting and say, "Yes. That's them."
You can also commission a portrait of yourself. We can explore something you're moving through, something you want to honor, or a version of yourself you're beginning to recognize. Your own story deserves that kind of attention, too.
how I'll create it
My paintings grow out of memories, dreams, and the connections I notice between people and the world around them. For your portrait, I'll begin with your reference photographs and our conversation. We'll agree on the composition, colors, and meaningful elements, then I'll leave room for my intuition to guide how those details come together as I paint.
You can come with a specific idea or a handful of thoughts you haven't quite connected yet. We'll talk through them together and find a direction that feels right. I want you to feel comfortable sharing what matters to you.

- an intuitive palette and simple symbolic imagery
- a mockup with two rounds of revisions before I start
- progress photos while it's in the works

Each portrait includes one person, an intuitive color palette, and simple symbolic imagery developed from our conversation. I'm offering three canvas sizes at special holiday prices, with five commission spaces available in total. Whether it's for you or someone you love, we'll begin with the story you want the painting to hold.

Prices above are for the painting itself. Shipping is calculated for your destination and confirmed before your deposit is due; local pickup has no shipping cost.

how it works
- i.Inquire: size, story, reference photos, your date and ZIP. No payment yet.
- ii.Discuss: we talk through likeness, composition, palette and symbols.
- iii.Agree & reserve: scope and window in writing, 25% deposit holds the space.
- iv.Approve the direction: mockup, with up to two rounds of revisions.
- v.Paint & finish: progress updates as it dries and gets its finish.
- vi.Final payment & handoff: balance due, then pickup or shipping.
Who are we painting?
Tell me a little about the person, what you have in mind, and when you're hoping to receive the painting. I'll follow up to discuss your ideas, reference photographs, and available dates. Your space is reserved once we agree on the details and your deposit is received.
