Your Event, Painted in the Room
I come to your venue and paint live while it's happening — the room, the people, the moment you want to remember. Guests watch the canvas fill in over the course of the night, and by the end there's a piece that could only have come from your event. I do parties, celebrations, and corporate gatherings anywhere I can set up an easel.

Pick Your Date
Choose a date and time on my calendar below. It's synced to my real schedule, so every slot you can see is a slot I'm actually free.
Hold It With $50
A $50 deposit reserves the date. It comes off your final total — it isn't an extra fee.
We Talk Through the Event
I'll reach out to sort the details: where I'll set up, what's happening around me, and what you'd like the painting to capture.
I Arrive and Set Up
I get there about an hour before I start painting, with my own easel, canvas, paints, and drop cloth. All I need is the space.
I Paint, Your Guests Watch
The piece comes together live over the course of your event. Guests are welcome to come talk to me while I work — that's half the fun.
You Settle Up
The remaining balance is due at the event. If you're keeping the piece, we'll arrange the handoff once it's dry enough to travel safely.

What I Need From You
I bring everything I paint with. What I need from your side is somewhere workable to do it.
Space to Work
About a 6' × 6' area for my easel and side table — somewhere guests can see me, but out of the main walking path. Indoors or out.
A Level Surface
Grass, carpet, or pavement all work. I bring a drop cloth to protect the floor underneath me.
Decent Light
Enough light to see color accurately. For evening or dim venues, a nearby power outlet lets me bring my own lamp.
Cover if We're Outside
A tent, awning, or covered patio. Direct sun dries acrylic too fast, and rain ends the session early.
Setup and Pack-Up Time
About an hour before I start and thirty minutes after I finish. That time is on me — the clock only runs while I'm painting.
Drying Time
If you're keeping the piece, it needs a few hours to dry before it can travel. I'll let you know at the event whether it goes home with you that night or gets picked up later.
Reserve Your Date
Pick a time that works, then pay the $50 deposit to lock it in. The date isn't held until the deposit clears.
